A portrait of Victor Pasmore's abstract mural 'Metamorphosis'. The film layers together images of the mural with footage of seaweed and jellyfish, combined with archival audio of the artist reading from his illustrated poem Burning Waters and musing upon the harmony of opposites found in nature.
